No Regularly Scheduled Classes, July 27th 2010

posted Jul 26, 2010 6:09 PM by Dan Clancy

We are having AC issues (the blower fan died! ugh!) and so regular classes are cancelled.
You are welcome to come and train in the heat on the open floor, but there are no instructor-led classes
on Tuesday, July 27th. We plan on returning to regular classes on Wed, depending on replacement part availability.

And yes, it is because the new interior is so Smokin Hot, that the AC died.!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

To Miss Lisette Villarreal for bringing home a BRONZE medal from the Top 10 Tournament of Champions at World Championships 2010.

Lisette trained very hard, and competed even harder this past tournament year and we are EXTREMELY proud of her accomplishments.

Keep up the good work, Ma'am, and good luck on your journey to 2nd Degree.

New Schedule, Eff. June 1, 2010

posted May 27, 2010 8:50 PM by Dan Clancy

Starting Tuesday, June 1st, 2010 ATA Crete will be implementing a new class schedule.
This new schedule will include
An Adult/Teen class for people ages 13 and older
A high pace, all ages, Fitness class four days per week
As well as a few other things.  We feel that this change in the schedule will better equip the instructors
to create a better and more positive learning environment for the overall school, as well as improve the overall fitness.

The new schedule has been posted to the website, so if you have any questions, concerns, or comments, feel free to call
or ask either Mr. DeVries, Mrs. DeVries, or Mr. Clancy.

Thank you for your continued support!

Diamond in the Rough

posted Jan 25, 2010 9:10 AM by Dan Clancy   [ updated Jan 25, 2010 9:19 AM ]

Congratulation to everyone who competed at the Diamond in the Rough tournament this past weekend!!
Even if you didn't place or get any medals, remember that to compete is to win! Sometimes just getting out
there and braving the competition floor is enough for a person.

Another congratulations to Lisette Villarreal for her nomination for Junior Trainer of the year in Region 102 West.

Congratulations:
